1. About NODAREX

NODAREX is a governed home services marketplace that connects homeowners, realtors, and investors with approved home service professionals in the Atlanta metro area. NODAREX is a platform provider and is not itself a contractor or home service company. Contractors on our platform are independent businesses.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use NODAREX. By using our platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. For Homeowners and Clients

By submitting a service request on NODAREX, you agree to the following:

• You will provide accurate, complete information about your project and location.
• You understand that NODAREX will connect your request to a matched, approved contractor. We do not guarantee availability, specific timelines, or pricing.
• Any agreement for services, including pricing and scope of work, is made directly between you and the contractor. NODAREX is not a party to that agreement.
• You will communicate respectfully with all professionals on our platform.
• You will not attempt to bypass NODAREX to engage contractors outside our platform for projects initiated through NODAREX.

4. For Contractors and Professionals

By applying to and participating in NODAREX as a professional, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information during the application process, including valid licensing and insurance documentation.
• Maintain all required licenses and insurance coverage for the duration of your participation on the platform.
• Uphold the standards of professionalism, quality, and communication required by NODAREX.
• Pay the applicable monthly subscription fee to maintain your access to the platform.
• Accept that NODAREX may remove your access to the platform at any time if you fail to meet our standards.

5. Platform Standards and Governance

NODAREX reserves the right to monitor platform activity, review scores, and contractor conduct at any time. Contractors who receive repeated negative reviews, fail to respond to clients, or violate these Terms may have their visibility reduced or access terminated. These decisions are made at the sole discretion of NODAREX.

6. Payment and Fees

NODAREX charges contractors a flat monthly subscription fee for platform access. There are no per-lead fees or transaction fees charged to homeowners. Payment terms for contractors are governed by the separate contractor agreement provided during onboarding.

Optional payment protection services, where available, are governed by the payment protection terms disclosed at the time of use.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on NODAREX, including logos, copy, design, and software, is the property of NODAREX or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on our platform without express written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

NODAREX provides its platform "as is" and makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the quality, reliability, or fitness of any contractor for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee the outcome of any home service project arranged through our platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NODAREX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform or any home service project connected through it. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to NODAREX in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold NODAREX, its officers, employees, and partners harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform, violation of these Terms, or your interactions with contractors or homeowners through NODAREX.

11. Termination

NODAREX may suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. You may discontinue use of the platform at any time.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Henry County, Georgia.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of NODAREX after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
